Hailing from Germany and with a childhood that saw him yodeling in the Alps (probably), Sebastian has officially paid rent in 13 countries, which might make him the most adventurous tenant the world has ever seen. Armed with two degrees in business and a background in logistics, he set off on a life fueled by curiosity, caffeine, and a suspicion that “ordinary” was overrated.

Sebastian’s wanderlust has taken him on some seriously unexpected detours. He’s worked on a container ship bound for South America, handled weapons in an armory (you know, just in case his suitcase needed a bit of extra weight), and even dabbled in the adrenaline-pumping world of film stunts. Oh, and he’s also served in security roles in Afghanistan, because why not add a bit of real-life action to the mix?

In 2008, Sebastian rolled into Dubai like it was the next stop on his endless adventure, drawn in by the city’s glitz, glamour, and the promise of year-round sunshine (a big upgrade from those German winters). Here, he founded several smaller companies, proving that his entrepreneurial spirit is as restless as his passport. Despite his global escapades, Sebastian has finally found a place to hang his hat in Dubai, where he spends his time on a noble quest for the perfect burger – a journey that, like his life, has no limits. And just in case you thought he couldn’t get any more interesting, he also whips up a Tiramisu so good that it’s probably considered contraband in some countries.
